But more importantly, it contains all the holiday recipes that people on the Paleo or other allergy-friendly diets desperately need. I cured my rheumatoid arthritis and chronic fatigue syndrome by changing my diet. It took two years but I healed completely, and most people can, too. With this lovely cookbook, you can get through the holidays without cheating or depriving yourself. Even though I eat gluten and grains now, I can't wait to try these recipes.
