Ingredients

large egg yolk
1
t.
apple cider vinegar
1/2
t.
honey
1/2
t.
real salt
1/2
t.
mustard
1/4-1/2
cup
avocado oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients but the oil in a jar and blend with a stick blender (also called an immersion blender).
While continuing to blend, slowly pour the
avocado oil
into the mixture, one tablespoon at a time.
Once the mayonnaise reaches a nice, thick, blended consistency, discontinue adding oil.
