- 1 pint raw or organic pasture-fed cream
- 1/4 cup homemade kefir
Combine cream and kefir in a jar with an airtight lid.
Secure lid and give it a vigorous shake to combine ingredients.
Let sit for 24 hours, until thick and creamy.
